Who You’ll Meet
Josiah and Bailey Tucker handle the Urban Harvest booth for the family farm. Tucker Family Fungi is a family-run, veteran-owned specialty mushroom farm. Josiah also founded GrowFresh™, and the family farm continues to focus on clean, high-quality local mushrooms.
Urban Harvest is one of Houston’s longest-running and largest weekly farmers markets. All farmers and food vendors come from within 180 miles of Houston. It is a busy, well-attended market with a strong local-food focus.
What We Bring
Fresh specialty mushrooms, including:
Lion’s Mane, Specialty oyster mushrooms (blue, pink, golden, and others depending on the week)
Additional specialty varieties when available
We also bring functional mushroom products such as mushroom coffee and extracts when we have them stocked. Everything is grown with attention to quality, freshness, and flavor. Availability changes with each harvest, so the best selection is usually early in the morning.

Free parking is available in the garage (entrances from W. Alabama St. and Westheimer Rd.). The market is large, so allow a little extra time to find the booth if it is your first visit.
