At the Montgomery Farmers Market you will find Zachary Tucker representing the family farm. Tucker Family Fungi is a family-run, veteran-owned operation focused on growing specialty mushrooms for Southeast Texas.
The Montgomery Farmers Market emphasizes naturally oriented growers and food producers. It runs Saturday mornings and serves the north Houston / Montgomery County community with a focus on higher-quality local products.
What We Bring
Fresh specialty mushrooms, including:
Lion’s Mane, Specialty oyster mushrooms (blue, pink, golden, and others depending on the week)
Additional specialty varieties when available
We also bring functional mushroom products such as mushroom coffee and extracts when we have them stocked. Everything is grown with attention to quality, freshness, and flavor. Availability changes with each harvest, so the best selection is usually early in the morning.
